The SOFITEX® trademark was introduced to the Bulgarian textile and knitwear manufacturers’ market in 1993.

The SOFITEX® brand started manufacturing and marketing knitwear, while progressively expanding the range of production of new knitwear models mainly for the domestic market.

In the beginning of 1994, the production of corporate wear under the brand name SOFITEX® was initiated. Gradually over the years, the supply of SOFITEX® branded work-wear became the core of the business, with the Sofitex® brand being recognized for and synonymous with high-quality when it comes to the production of corporate wear, special and protective garments, and uniforms.

The SOFITEX® brand is distinguished as a brand with a message of constantly sustained and realized innovative production, offering flexible solutions for its customers, with a mission guaranteeing:

The nature of our business requires compliance with mandatory standards in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the Ordinance on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Personal Protective Equipment, effective 21.04.2018 and adopted by Decree No. 5 of 11.01.2018

In this regard, technical specifications have been created for the dozens of products manufactured with clearly defined requirements, according to the standardization documents for: production quality, input materials, production technology, labeling, and quality control at all stages of production.
